Do you provide products and equipment?
Yes, we can provide all of the products and equipment necessary for both house cleaning and commercial cleaning.
Do you provide ECO cleaning?
Yes, we can use ECO products - just let us know your preferences.
Do you visit the property before the initial clean?
For domestic cleans, we do not require a pre-clean visit as we just take your work for it! However, if you would like a pre-clean visit we can arrange one at no extra cost. For commercial cleans, we do require an initial visit to assess the premises and your needs.
Do I need to sign a contract with you?
No, we don't tie you into a contract. If you want to cancel your house cleaning or commercial cleaning service, you can do so at any time.
What if I am not happy with the service you provide?
Customer satisfaction is at the heart of our company which is why we offer a satisfaction guarantee. Call us within 72 hours for a free re-clean of any problem areas. If you are not happy with your cleaner, we can arrange a different cleaner to visit you.
Do I need to be home when you visit?
It is necessary that you are home to meet our cleaner prior to the first cleaning visit and ensure they are briefed on your specific needs. From then on, you are not required to be home. We are fully insured so you can rest at ease knowing your property is in safe hands.
What if you damage my belongings or property in any way?
We are always vigilant and careful when carrying out our services. However, we are insured to cover up to £1million in the event something should become damaged.
Do you clean in my area?
We provide domestic cleaners and commercial cleaners throughout Tyne and Wear, including Newcastle upon Tyne, Gateshead, North Tyneside, South Tyneside, Sunderland and Durham.
